Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 9/9/2026

BH Solutions ("we," "us," "our") operates Account Advocate (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your name, email address, and authentication credentials. We receive your name and email from Clerk to associate with your account.

Case data. When you use the Service, you provide information about your Walmart Marketplace account and situation — for example, the text of a notice or notification you paste in, account metrics, business details, product details, steps you've already taken, and any documents or screenshots you choose to upload. We refer to this as "Case Data." We never ask for, and you should never provide, your Walmart or Amazon account login credentials.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment was made and basic billing details (such as name and email) but do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy governs its handling of your payment details.

Communications. If you contact us for support, we retain the content of that communication and our replies.

Usage data. We may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, including through analytics tools we may add in the future (see Section 6).

2. How We Use AI to Generate Your Documents

This is important: to prepare draft documents, we transmit the relevant portions of your Case Data to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude AI models) via their API, in order to generate a draft document for your review. Anthropic processes this data under its own API terms, which — as of this policy's effective date — provide that API data is not used to train Anthropic's models absent your separate opt-in. We encourage you to review Anthropic's own privacy practices at anthropic.com/privacy if you'd like more detail. We do not send more of your Case Data to this third party than is necessary to generate your requested document.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

We do not use your Case Data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you, and we do not use it to train our own AI models.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and Case Data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to allow you to access past documents, respond to support requests, and comply with legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your Case Data at any time (see Section 8); we will delete it unless we are legally required to retain it (for example, transaction records for tax purposes).

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies necessary for authentication and core site functionality (via Clerk). If we add analytics tools (such as PostHog) or referral-tracking tools (such as Rewardful), we will update this policy and, where required by law, request your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

7. International Users

The Service is hosted in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. As a matter of policy, we honor these requests for all users, regardless of where you live or whether a specific law legally requires it of us. To make a request, email support@accountadvocate.com with your account email and the nature of your request. We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests involving deletion or access to Case Data, and will respond within a reasonable time, generally no more than 45 days.

We do not sell personal information and do not engage in behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect today; if that changes, this policy will be updated first.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at support@accountadvocate.com and we will delete it.

10. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including relying on established providers (Clerk, Neon, Stripe) that maintain their own security certifications. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required by law.
