Agency & White-Label Partner Terms

Effective: October 21, 2026

These terms add to our Terms of Service and apply to agency and white-label partner accounts.

Your clients' information: Case information you submit for your clients is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having each client's permission to submit their information through the Service.
Resale and access: You may sell documents produced through your account to your own clients under your display name. You may not resell or sublicense access to the Service itself, or share your account with another reseller, without our prior written consent.
Client contact: We do not use contact details from your agency account to solicit your clients. This does not stop us from responding to anyone who contacts us on their own.
Pricing and payment: Wholesale prices are the prices shown at checkout at the time of purchase and may change with notice. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Your own work: You are responsible for your own claims, pricing and marketing to your clients, and for reviewing every document before it reaches them. Documents are drafts prepared for the seller to review and submit; we make no promises about Walmart's decision.
Ending the relationship: Either side can stop at any time. There are no minimums or contracts. Cases already submitted when you stop will be completed.
