Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: 9/9/2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone using Account Advocate (the "Service") and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violating this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fabricated, or materially misleading information for inclusion in any document we help you prepare
• Use the Service to prepare a document for submission to Walmart, Amazon, or any other platform on behalf of an account you are not authorized to represent
• Use the Service to conceal, misrepresent, or minimize actual counterfeit activity, fraud, or intentional policy violations
• Attempt to use the Service for any case type listed in Section 2 of our Terms of Service (restricted categories) by mischaracterizing the case to bypass that review
• Share, resell, or redistribute documents, templates, or account access outside the license granted to you (see Terms of Service, Section 5 for agency accounts)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our underlying prompts, templates, or knowledge base
• Use the Service to submit prompts intended to manipulate our AI drafting tools into producing legal advice, outcome predictions, or content outside the scope described in our Terms of Service
• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law, or Walmart's or Amazon's own terms of service (including sharing account credentials with us or any third party)
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including introducing malware or attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm any person or business
